Tugu Lombok

Everything about this hotel is lovely. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are stunning and the activities on offer (private boat trips, private drivers, massages, excursions) are plentiful whilst also being relaxing. We found the hotel to be great value, the afternoon tea on the beach was a lovely touch and the food was delicious. The hotel felt very exclusive and relaxing. Lots of coral and the beach is nice and quiet. Everywhere you look there is something you missed as it really is an art/sculpture treasure trove. Fully recommend the Gili island snorkelling trip - private and guided. Already wishing I was back at this beautiful hotel.

We booked for 5 nights and whole stay enjoyed a lot . Our villa was amazing having also private garden and plunge beach was good but low tides did not give us enough time to be in long that is why I used to wake up early .Atmosphere is incredible so many statues , antique objects around us feeling we are in 18 century. We also had Royal Tugudom Private dinner within dynasty style being served by team in old traditional clothes I thank to General Manager Faysal , Gede guest relation manager also others whom I know

Wonderful holiday in a Balinese style resort that made it all the more special. Nothing was too much trouble…we could eat where we wished; dinner on the beach was absolutely fantastic, at no extra charge, and the room was gorgeous. We even had our very own pond with carp in our outdoor bathroom! The staff were simply wonderful and so gracious. Our housekeepers Hamdun and Moeltazam left towel animals and flowers in our room every day and Mul even laid a spectacular path of flowers on the floor to say goodbye on the evening of our departure! There are so many to mention but I wish to do so because they deserve a mention. Restaurant/Bar: Rusman, Agung, Amal, Tania, Nyoman, Angga, Mariadt, Hadi, Gede, Oka, and Eka. Reception: Anam, Suci, Agus, Arya. Security/beach: Surianto, Kabir, Sabirin. Boatmen: Rat, Sabirin. Masseuse: Osi. There were many more of course! I would recommend the boat/snorkelling trips which, depending on the season, you get the boat to yourself…personal touch! In some areas the coral is regenerating despite the number of tourists (which congregate in great numbers around the Gili islands), and we saw some beautiful colours and fish, turtles, reef sharks etc. We would also recommend plenty of massages which are superb and great value for money! We didn’t do the trip to the waterfall as we didn’t have the time but it was recommended to us. Would definitely go again, and we would choose exactly the same time of year (Sept onwards) as the resort is quiet. Thank you so much Hotel Tugu Lombok!
