Villa Nero

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for 5 nights and we were very satisfied, albeit with a few notes to make. The hotel is in an excellent location and bicycles are provided for free, with which it is easy to get around the whole island. The room was very beautiful and spacious, but it had the following problems: poor lighting in the evening (there are many spotlights, but they are low power and in the evening you can see very little); the external bathroom door is made of opaque glass and this lets all the daylight in very early in the morning; the cleaning was not excellent inside the room (but still more than sufficient). We warn you that since it is very close to the mosque, at 6 in the morning and at other times of the day, you can clearly hear the prayers chanted over the megaphone. Very kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast, although not with a wide selection for the sweet options.

Beautiful villa away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach everything in a 10 minute walk. The food and drinks were great and well priced, with lots of different options for the inclusive breakfast. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating - thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Nero. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and were given brilliant recommendations on activities to do on the island and around Lombok. The food was spectacular and we ended up eating at the Villa daily. The Villla is absolutely beautiful, close enough to the beach but away from the chaos. A huge highlight of our stay was meeting the incredible staff. I would like to thank Uni, Dani, Fatur, Idris and Umi who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable their kindness and helpfulness exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Nero.
