Jayakarta Lombok

I stayed there overnight, during a motorbike event, chose a room directly facing the garden, pool & sea, the view was very nice, the restaurant was very iconic, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly, the best👍💫

The hotel was okay overall. The room was spacious, although it was a bit old. The swimming pool was nice and well maintained and the swimming pool staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. We checked out at around 6:00 morning because our flight was departing at 8:30 a.m. When we arrived at the reception, there was no one at the desk. After waiting for a while, a guy staff member finally appeared, looking as though he had just woken up. We informed him that we wanted to check out, and he reluctantly processed our request while repeatedly yawning. He seemed irritated, as if we had disturbed his sleep. After we completed the check-out process, another guy staff member arrived. He did not greet us, say thank you, or even wish us a safe journey. He simply looked at us, looked at our luggage and seemed unwilling to assist. The lack of professionalism and basic hospitality at the front desk left a poor final impression of our stay. We definitely won’t come back to this hotel.

Great staff and cleaners.Comprehensive breakfast, but the usual glitches. Toaster turned off, hot pots barely warm etc. Egg station was great, but gave order to another, had to repeat. Hot shower only available 5-9am and 5-9pm. No hot water to basin for shaving. Shower over bath. Excellent pool and service. Old place but very clean. Good aircon and fridge. Crap wifi. Good value for 800k, but don't expect perfect
