Lombok Raya

This was our 2nd stay with Lombok Raya. We love everything about our stay here, the pool is amazing, its beautiful and clean to swim in, the staff are attentive and very friendly. At night the lights make the Raya look magical. The ambiance throughout is peaceful and welcoming, this reflecting within the staff. (Hello Unik) You are near the middle of Mataram although you feel like you are in a perfect paradise. 5 minute walk to Mataram Mall (the best mall) and so close to many varied dinner options. Bluebird taxis arrive within minutes if using the Bluebird app. Beautiful well cared for gardens and housekeeping are fantastic. Buffet breakfast is fresh, varied and prepared and cooked with love. I did not stay but attended a conference here. The staff was friendly. Strategically located at the heart of city, near to many eateries, good environment, nice pool view and food was good. However, it is a little bit old and the lobby is not air-conditioned.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a business trip. The hotel is large with comfortable rooms, pleasant grounds and friendly staff. It is centrally located in the city close to a mall, etc and the prices are very affordable. However housekeeping leaves much room for improvement and hotel gets very noisy when they have functions (very loud music going on until late in the night). The food is bland and internet is just terrible, having to log in every 30 seconds for low bandwidth.
