Stayed for 5 nights with three kids. - Quiet and peaceful compared to the chaos in Kuta town - Beautifully laid out and gardens - Beach is nice and clean - Staff are friendly and personable, Suci was a standout at reception - Rooms clean and tidy but a little dated. - breakfast buffet is great with lots to select - for lunch and dinner - go next door to the Pullman or into town - better food and priced - even with the taxi fee - we were there at the same time as the China Taiping customer day private dinner - (thankfully one night only) the volume was just deafening across all resort dining areas for all the other guests which was just not ok

Beautiful holiday! We stayed 7 nights here and 5 nights at a villa in Kuta town. Much more peaceful and quiet at the Novotel, away from the chaos and mosque call to prayer sounds. We stayed in a 2 bedroom private pool villa. Honestly didn’t use the private pool much as were always at the beach and other pools. Room was spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom areas too. Nice variety of choices at the buffet breakfast. 2 for 1 cocktails daily at happy hour from 4-7PM. Beach/poolside service for food and drinks available. Very friendly staff. Made us all feel very welcome. Special mention to Donnie! Lovely beach. Waves break quite far out so it’s easy swimming for the kids. We bought snorkels in Kuta town and the kids spotted plenty of fish at low tide. We travelled 10 mins into Kuta town each night for dinner - so many amazing food options in town. 130,000IDR return car trip. Definitely recommend checking out Mama Pizza (we ate here 5 times!), Elamu, Paella at Sikara Lombok Hotel, Fish Tails Warung, soufflé pancakes at Cosy House. Suggestion would be for the hotel to put a filtered water station in the rooms as they only provide bottles and we were constantly needing more to meet the need. Other suggestion would be for them to announce the daily activities. You have to seek them out, no one seems to initiate them. Had a wonderful time here and hope to be back soon!

We had booked for a romantic dinner on the beach. It was wonderful: the setting, the meal (very hearty), and a server named Doni exclusively for us. Doni was truly perfect for the service.
