Falls

I recently visited the Falls Hotel for a family lunch. I arrived in quite a stressful state because my fully electric car was running out of charge. The app for their hotel car charger was not working properly so they very kindly overrode the system and charged my car for free. A very special thank you to Rebecca the receptionist and the two managers Seamus and John (I think) Thank you so much again. Lunch was also delicious. Best regards, Hillary

Bedroom was good sized and comfortable temperature. Bed very comfortable and slept really well. The food was very tasty although vegetarian options were limited. Junior waiting staff were excellent. We were "greeted" by a female manager both in the bar when we had refreshments on arrival and later in the restaurant. Her tone was very sharp with no warmth. Minimum words used. I also over heard a customer asking the receptionist for information on fishing and she didn't know anything which is poor for a hotel which lists fishing as one of its amenities. She also responded to a query by phone about EV charging that she didn't know a lot about it as it was managed by a 3rd party and to download the APP. That's a must know piece of information before you head off on a journey with an electric vehicle. Receptionists should be better informed.
