Hotel got cancelled because they gave my rooms to refugees . I only found out because booking.com sent me a message a week before our stay . Couldn't contact the hotel , all my calls went straight to answer machine . I understand that the refugees needed the rooms more than me and my friends but the way it was handled was dreadful . I had to find an alternative a week before we went and had to pay inflated prices for the rooms

I had heard a rumour this hotel was closing to house refugees but since I had mad a booking last year for this summer and hadn't recieved communication about this I decided to contact the hotel. I recieved an email back from them cancelling my holiday and saying they wouldn't charge me for the cancellation. I had it booked since last year so the prices at this notice leave me with no option to stay elsewhere and the lack of decency to customers is shocking. This hotel doesn't value its customers so spend your money in a place that does.

An absolute terrible place to stay in with ignorant staff. I'd give this place a miss. You'd be treated better in a dog kennel. Staff can are ignorant and unpleasant. And the be aggression is rampant. Quick miss.
