Amberley House

booked for May 2020 and due to covid was issued a voucher that expired may 16th 2021 now expired . They refused refund and now cannot reach hotel by phone, email .Bunch of crooks! are they still in business ?

Last year we were supposed to travel to Dublin. Cause of covid-19 we received a voucher that is valid until the day after tomorrow, 15th of April. And of course, with no possibility we get in touch with the accommodation. Contact buttons in the reservation, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses do not work: This number is not available.

I have emailed Amberley House twice this week to ask if the TV usage and WIFI is free. I have had no reply and I am getting worried as I am due to stay there this coming Monday to Wednesday. Either their customer service response is poor or it is closed down. Can any one help with this ?
