Butlers Townhouse

Right beside the Aviva! Clean and comfortable. I was concerned regarding some previous reviews but these were unfounded. Although it says there often isn’t a staff member to welcome you, Luke was waiting for us and was very helpful. The rooms are not huge but it has everything you need and the bed is super comfy. Will definitely rebook

Stay clear of this place or you'll regret it. Don't believe the pictures. As soon as we walked into the room we found old pizza with a bad odor. The steam from the shower set off the smoke alarm and the guy tried to get into our room without permission and didn't speak any English. My wife wasn't even fully dressed. And they had the audacity to say we'd be responsible if the fire brigade arrived.

I was nervous about coming here initially at first as I seen all the bad reviews. But honestly its actually a nice place to stay. If you are going to an event, match etc and only need a room to lay your head it is ideal. Everything was clean and a code to access the door was much handier then holding onto a set of keys all night long. I would return again.
