Clarion Hotel Dublin Airport

Hi everyone. I think I want to say the Maldron Hotel went above and beyond today. I stayed there last night to ensure I could easily make check in this morning. .When I got to the Delta check-in desk, I realised my purse that has my Irish phone , credit card et cetera was not in my bag I had left it in the hotel bedroom.. i could not manage to go back to the hotel as I had all my bags and I was told once I checked in I could not leave the airport. I went back outside and waited on the next Maldron shuttle bus to arrive. I prayed and I wondered if God really didn’t want me go to the US if he did the purse would turn up if he didn’t it wouldn’t . I spoke to the driver of Maldron shuttle and he rang the hotel.. using a different phone I rang the hotel. They said they looked after the driver contacted them and had found it in my bedroom and they were sending it over to me. The driver I spoke to ran over from the hotel with my purse as he would recognise me. Unbelievable service. God is good. The driver said his name is Ivan Aphane so now he is on my prayer list.

Great for over night stay for early flights

Nice refuge after returning to Ireland after 1 AM and a 4 hour flight from Canaries. Staff were grand, facilities decent, breakfast (extra 16 euro each) was quite good. The room on the small side, but the bed was really comfy and the shower had loads of hot water and decent pressure. Will definitely consider them for park & stay for future early morning or late night flights.
