Hilton Dublin Kilmainham

Hotel was welcoming and well equipped both Bar and Restaurant were comfortable. Only downside it can be difficult getting a Taxi

I have just returned from another fabulous stay at one of my favourite hotels in all the Hilton group.Its location and amenities are superb but above all else it would be difficult to ever come across such amazing staff in absolutely every department and all from so many different countries. On arrival I always find the front desk staff to be so welcoming and friendly especially Maria and Luis but the standout man for me is Philippe from Brazil . What a friendly way he has with all the arriving guests making everyone feel so welcome and always knowing my name on my return trips and just so good at his job as are all reception staff. The high standard of bedrooms have to be experienced to understand how comfortable and spacious they are with housekeeping quality as good as I see anywhere in my travels and rooms also offering beautiful views . Also the rooms that have balconies are a joy to behold as they are also so spacious. I also love the pool and gym sauna and steam room as very few hotels in Dublin offer that nowadays and the staff here are so lovely. As for the food in this hotel it is top class. Breakfast is excellent with a huge variety both on the buffet and to order but for me here it was the five star treatment by this team of outstanding staff. Their welcome and extremely friendly attitude really impressed me as they simply couldn’t do enough for everyone and continuously checking to make sure we were ok. Well done to Meyling from Costa Rica and Dana from Korea.Mayara from Brazil and Azael from Spain and Murillo from Brazil. I couldn’t give you all enough praise as you are so good at what you do. I hope that Hilton know how lucky they are to have such wonderful staff throughout the whole hotel. Well done to you all and continued success to everyone at this amazing hotel. Really good experience at this Hilton. Found all engagement with staff to be very positive. Folks on the front desk were especially friendly and professional. Room was spotless and well appointed. Probably 10 minutes from city centre by taxi in good traffic.
