Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown

Yasmin at the front desk provided our family with top-level customer service and room upgrade with a nice view, and Niatha provided great dining recommendations there in Blanchardstown. In honor of my birthday, Elvira fashioned a great stone plate of chocolates and fruit, as beautiful as it was delicious. Thanks, Yasmin, Niatha, and Elvira for making our stay very special!

We had an unfortunate issue during the night when one of the toilets in our room overflowed. What could have been a complete disaster was turned into an excellent customer service experience thanks to Sean, who was working during the night. Sean was an absolute gentleman, incredibly polite, articulate, calm and professional. He dealt with the situation promptly and with a genuine concern for us as guests. I am particularly mentionong Sean by name as he deserves recognition for how he handled what was undoubtedly an unpleasant situation. His professionalism and attitude were outstanding. He is a real credit to the hotel and I hope the management recognise him for it.

Great hotel and location. Staff were absolutely fantastic so friendly and helpful especially Conor in the bar he was very knowledgeable. The rooms were brilliant and spotlessly clean will definitely be staying again.
