Marcella was wonderful! We arrived from a canceled flight with only 20 minutes before closing, and she was so kind and accommodating. She never rushed us and made a stressful night much better. Thank you for the great service!

The food (steak) was amazing! The staff was very friendly. Especially waitress Mariann.

We stayed in a Junior Suite before a flight. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. A possible improvement would be to have a light bed covering option for the warmer weather. The location next to the parklands was rather unique for an airport hotel. We loved it. I suggest getting a cab to the airport rather than the shuttle, if you value private space and leaving when you wish rather than based on the 30 min shuttle frequency. We experienced some sick passengers on a busy shuttle transfer and regretted not taking a taxi. Breakfast was very good.
