A huge disappointment in Hilton. Only one of two elevators in a 5 story property work. Our deluxe $600 dollar room has a shower that overflows after about 30 seconds. Service is non existent. Stay somewhere else.

Price was reasonable especially for being able to bring the dog with us. Room was perfect and absolutely spotless. I visited because of a hospital appointment the next morning. I was in and out smoking literally all night due to being unable to sleep because of pain. Luigi and Sebastian are 2 of the nicest hotel staff members I have met. I felt I was being a pain as staff members let you in and out at night and I felt I was annoying them. They both reassured me that as much as I’m in and out it wasn’t and wouldn’t be a problem no matter how many times I was out. A more welcoming and pleasant pair of staff members would be hard to find.

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel to ask whether the amount already paid could be transferred to alternative dates. I was told to contact Booking.com, which I did. Booking.com then contacted the hotel to try to find a solution. After being sent back and forth, the hotel eventually replied with a simple: “Unfortunately this will not be possible,” without offering any explanation, alternative, or gesture of goodwill. I fully accept that the booking mistake was mine, but I found the way the situation was handled unnecessarily frustrating and unhelpful. A very poor customer service experience.
