Great location and wonderful staff, both front of house and in the bar. The reception team were very welcoming and incredibly helpful with parking and bag storage. We had the most amazing room. I had requested a twin, and it turned out to have two queen beds — extremely comfortable. Accessibility: There was plenty of room for a wheelchair in both the bedroom and bathroom, but the single lift would be tight, and there was a step into the shower. (I didn’t request an accessible room, so I’m not commenting on the dedicated accessible options.) Some of the amenities — for example, the couch — were a little shabby and could do with a small spruce-up, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise very positive stay. Breakfast was delicious, with the choice to order from the menu as well as enjoy the buffet — the best of both worlds.

Located literally steps from the Ceannt station, the Hardiman was the perfect hotel for our stay as we needed to travel by train early in the morning. We also loved that the hotel was very walkable to Eyre Square and the Latin Quarter. Upgraded to a suite to ensure we had air conditioning, and was well worth it!
