View not great but your in a town center,location great walking distance to all parks ,attractions ,pubs eateries,rooms have everything ,iron + board,hair dryer, coffee tea, jacuzzi, serviced every day ,staff very friendly and helpful, great Irish breakfast or continental,nice outdoor area if weather permits, overall excellent value

Excellent location. Check out is 11am and couldn’t be extended. Breakfast was good. Bedroom was ok.we looked for family room. But strange as kitchen in our bedroom. i did tell the receptionist that in our room 105b that there was a kickboard on ground with a nail coming out if it. Bar man friendly but room itself felt dark and dulll. Not very inviting.

The location is amazing in the middle of Killarney. The town is so cute and there are lots of shops within walking distance. Killarney National Park is within walking distance and you can hire a carriage to go on a jaunt through the park. The rooms are nice, there is no air conditioning, but there is a nice breeze if you open the window and there is a fan in each room. There was a concert at the venue a mile away that you could hear until 11:30 but it added to the atmosphere. The food in their restaurant was delicious.
