Pembroke Hotel

The property is essentially located on Patrick Street in Kilkenny. There is a parking lot with limited spaces in the back of the hotel, which is where we parked our Volvo. It can be a little challenging if Your frame of reference is big American parking lots. Checking in was relatively easy. The hotel room had that we got had three beds and it was clean and well furnished With a refrigerator, a tea kettle In an iron and ironing board. The bathtub shower is an old-fashioned Irish kind which is elevated off the floor so you have to climb him up into the tub to get in and it can be a little tricky because you May have to hold onto the :towel rack step down from the tub. Because of the Irish heat wave that we were experience experiencing during our trip the room temperature got a little warm, even though there was air-conditioning. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast twice and the food was excellent and the service was excellent. There is no gym in the hotel but they have access to some other Jim but you have to pay a fee of like €12 for a day pass. The hotel is in proximity to all the primary Kilkenny tourist attractions like Kilkenny castle. Overall, I recommend staying at the Pembroke Kilkenny hotel.

Great location- two minute walk to city center, professional staff, great breakfast, lovely guest room. Spotlessly clean

We were a party of five lady cousins coming together to celebrate the big birthdays. From the moment we arrived in Pembroke to the moment we we have never experienced such excellent customer experience. Each member of staff was so genuinely helpful and we were made to feel so welcome. Thelocation of the Pembroke is excellent we walked the whole weekend. Our dinner was included as part of the package and I have to say it was out of this world. The of the food was superb we are going back. It was so good.
