Athlone Spring Hotel

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Athlone Springs Hotel. The leisure centre was extremely clean and facilities were excellent. There was a great selection at the breakfast buffet very enjoyable. Wonderful family getaway highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to our return visit!

We've been back 4 times and always amazing. Staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel was spotless and the breakfast buffet is tops. Room is so comfortable and spacious.

Just back from a night's stay at the weekend. Nice hotel , good bar food and ample breakfast offering . A few areas that could do with attention ie inside lift ( lick of paint ) and more lighting in the bedroom . Downside for me was a heard of people coming back from a night in Athlone at 1.18am and being really noisy outside our room window and continually talking and making noise on our floor for an hour or so. Couldn't get back to sleep at all . I had a bit of a drive that morning and with little or no sleep it was difficult. Otherwise hotel is decent , bit jaded in places but good for the money and outside Athlone. Pity the Receptionist didn't listen when I asked for a quite room on checkin and put us over the beer garden out front and the lack of sleep. Next time, please listen. Hotel wasn't full.
