Astral Nirvana Hotel

No closer, noise at night.

Enormous amounts of gossip and screaming in the pool and lobby. The rooms are comfortable, the staff explains the interior, food and lobby on a medium level. We won’t go back just because of the weather.

We closed a vacation at the Astral Naruna Swist. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told not to find our order. They then called the receptionist who said it was Uber Boxing (which literally sells rooms past because they probably expect no guests to arrive) and that they moved us to the club hotel (without us knowing). We told him we invited Swist and said there were no rooms left that we only booked a room on the 1st floor without a balcony. He said, “Nothing is happening.” No answers from a service provider and probably not a reception manager who gives an example of how to act and serve guests to all reception staff. Whatever we said said "there is nothing to do." Finally, the vice president of the hotel Jacob and the manager of the hotel Liv talked to us and really gave us a completely different feeling of the best of the arrival experience. Make up for the experience and correct it. We got a room in a bigger club than we ordered at Swist. But the room is old , unmaintained . Walls have signs. Folded door A very old bathroom. You can't sit on the balcony because everyone sees you watching you and it's really nice to sit on this balcony. You hear everything on the floor, rooms on each other door inside door. No noise isolation. Air conditioning doesn't cool well just in the living room and the bedroom doesn't feel at all. At 1:00 a.m., it wasn’t really cool. We tried to change degrees and it didn't help. And we said there's nothing to do. There's no hotel maintenance and no room to move us. So I asked him if this is how he should sleep in the room? Said there's nothing to do with me where to move you and no holding man to send you. He suggested sending security and adding "He came out of the air conditioners because he is not a man of maintenance " So what are they supposed to do ???? Sleep all night and suffer ???? Probably this is the hotel solution ! . I offered a fan. That's actually embarrassing. Not recommending the hotel. With as much as we have ordered and serviced really very servicing and no doubt grown with courtesy and excellent service to the guest In the area it doesn't feel at all and the rooms and exchange are not good. We were also told that they were allowed by law to transfer guests from a hotel to a hotel network that has Uber Boxing. Although the booking confirmation stated that after confirmation the hotel is obliged to give the booked room. If you have Uber, you have Make sure they make a better replacement.
