Unfortunately, it was one of the worst holidays I've had. From the moment we arrived it was clear that the place was very far from what was shown in the pictures and publications.
The room felt neglected, not as clean as expected from the hotel, and the overall feeling was unpleasant. Don't take this suite unnecessary. The furniture, the beds and the bathroom looked old and clean, as if not undergoing renovation or maintenance for years.
The pool looked old and unfinished, and all the atmosphere there was tired and uninvested. Instead of enjoying and feeling the vacation, we felt we were in a neglected place that did not meet the basic standard.
The food was a big disappointment. The choice was scarce, the quality was poor, and the taste was just not good. There were dishes that didn't look fresh, and every meal we were disappointed.
The treatment we received from the staff was unfriendly, no service, and sometimes even disrespectful. Instead of trying to help or address the problems that arose, we felt that we were ignored and didn't really care about our hospitality experience.
We expected a pleasant vacation, but we got an old, neglected hotel with poor service and disappointing food. I personally won't return to this hotel and I won't recommend it to anyone.
