We were at the Yu Magic Palace Hotel in Eilat as part of a company vacation, sharing spare wives, and we came mainly to unwind and relax after a difficult time.
The experience was far from that.
From the first day we were reporting a serious mosquito problem in the rooms. We received an electrical device against mosquitoes that didn't help at all. The second day we continued to complain and we got two more devices – so there were four devices in the room, but it was still full of mosquitoes (a ceiling-level mosquito hit and full of mosquitoes).
We are mothers who came to rest—and instead we found ourselves in the little hours of the night and the morning coming down again and again to get to complain, without getting a real answer.
We didn't sleep at night, we suffered from itching and the sticks were incessant.
Only on the third day came to make a spray, which helped only partially, but the damage to the holiday experience has already been done.
Beyond the problem itself, the service we received was underestimated and worse even though we talked to the deputy chief with Daech.
There were repeated calls and we received no response.
A great disappointment that could have been avoided if they had a higher service consciousness and provided a decent response to their guests!
