The hotel is very clean. Bring in a team of foreign workers who keep cleaning all day. It was half a penthouse and the food was delicious and in sufficient quantities. The dining room handled the guests very quickly and there was no gift. Every day there was entertainment for children and evening for adults.

Our vacation was just amazing, and absolutely perfect, and none of this would have happened without Andre, the reception manager. Andrei accompanied us from the very beginning and was personally responsible for the entire process of closing the rooms and booking the whole family. As a family that took four rooms, coordination and organization could be complicated, but Andrei made sure every detail would tickle effortlessly. Beyond the pre-arrangement, throughout the entire holiday he continued to accompany us, actively interested in our comfort, making sure we were not missing anything and everyone was happy. The personal attitude, exceptional service, kindness and willingness to help made our family holiday an unforgettable experience.

Great hotel for a second time. The food is all in abundance. Excellent service. Clean rooms are warmly recommended. Everything was perfect!!!
