Greetings to anyone interested. My friend and I took a spontaneous break in the middle of the work week and didn't regret it. Resting so well that time just flew by at the speed of light. I would like to mention the work of the service personnel, very caring, warm and cordial people. I would also like to acknowledge the work of the restaurant, under the guidance of chef Elena, who personally met us for breakfast, asked about the wishes and impressions of the visitors. Everything was always very fresh and delicious. Thank you for your pleasant vacation and vivid experiences.

This is our fourth time at the hotel. This time we brought friends from the U.S. and so I chose to write. It's hard to explain how special this hotel is, though mostly because of the luxury, but those who love botany will even get off their heads.
Chalel from the reception was just wonderful, kind, quick, pleasant and smiling, and I saw how he serves others, too, Shatane.
Ahmadinejad and Simeir in the dining room gave us excellent service. Although we entered a minute before closing, we were warmly welcomed and Israel Kitchen brought us extra steaks out of the kitchen.
Aladdin at breakfast is always an experience. Leave his bread tank open, he loves it;)
Tatiana from the spa, Jody the savior, Nawa and Elad from the dining room at the pool... they all took care of us with a smile and a toilet, so I also asked everyone their name.
The pool is clean, its location is amazing, the food is delicious and varied. It's a peanut garden! Umbri, biblical espresso bushes, adeniums... a dream.
Unfortunately, when we were putting in the new Podtrack's stall, it was not of any interest at all to do it unsafe near the guests.
In short, I thought after four times this would be the last time, but I think we're going there next summer too. Take the more expensive rooms across the river.

Low level of cleanliness, stinking bathrooms in the room, reasonable breakfast, mid-afternoon restaurant, minus. Prices for a glass of wine are overwhelmed. Cocktail Chanel plus a bartender who has no idea what he's doing.
