Prima Spa Club Dead Sea

A great place! Service and pleasant staff, spacious and pleasant rooms, excellent meals and, most importantly, the end-of-the-way spa! We had an endless enjoyment.

We were very impressed by Chef Boris and his kind and gentle personality to all the guests. We talked with him and answered all our questions. The food he cooked is delicious and very high quality (compared to other hotels where we stayed). Overall, the hotel service was fine and we met all our requirements.

The service is good. The staff are attentive and trying to help. The food's pretty good. The hotel itself is clean, but has not been renovated for a long time and the equipment is not always functional. For people with mobility difficulties, the hotel is not convenient. It's a long way to go either to the spa or the dining room. The outdoor pool is practically on the second floor and the lift is disabled only. It has to be specially ordered. We were unlucky - the elevator was not working. Gowns are small up to 50.
