Until 2020 this hotel deserved a 5 star rating. Today it is a hotel of horrors! We had 5 rooms for 2 nights. Not all the mini fridges worked. We had to request missing basic articles: electric kettles, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and toilet paper. The crib in the room was unusable, literally falling apart. The rooms were infested with fire ants, cockroaches, mice and a cat. We wasted hours getting rid of the fire ants after two children had been stung. And it took hours to chase down the missing articles so the rooms would have the bare minimum for human habitation.

I just feel so well there, the atmosphere is so relaxed,"easy goingness"... Location is superb... Walking to the "square" is so easy, and there are plenty of good restaurant choices, little stores... again very comfortable. Breakfast and Dining at the Hotel is a treat as well ! I left with the feeling of wanting to go back soon...

While traveling to the Holy Lands, this hotel was our first stay after a long flight from the US. First day of our 10 day of travels, we experience a credit card issue. The desk manager, Myriam, was a life saver. Thanks for your help! The grounds at the hotel were beautiful and our visit to the beach was wonderful!!!!
