Hotel Smeraldo

We arrived at this hotel by pure chance, and yet we had a great time!! Excellent management, perfect staff, always clean and fragrant. I must say that the entertainment was also wonderful! We will definitely be back.

We vacationed at the Hotel Smeraldo during the week of Ferragosto, one of the best vacations we have ever had. Clean, tidy, and well-organized hotel. Room on the first floor not overly large with a comfortable small balcony with a fantastic side sea view, a pity only about the bathroom being a bit too small. The pool with games for children is convenient, a step away from the sea, you just simply cross the street, with a beach club equipped with rides on the beach, various games, and a convenient bar, the only flaw being the umbrellas too close to each other. The hotel has a large tree-lined garden with small rides, tables for relaxing, and the stage for the entertainment. Buffet dining service with a wide selection and dishes prepared with care, compliments to the chefs. The waiters were all truly kind, efficient, and patient with the requests of all us guests, Andrea followed us in everything, truly very good, thanks above all for the attention to our autistic child. The Abruzzese evening was spectacular, for food with typical products especially the arrosticini and the organization. Satisfactory breakfast in both sweet and savory options, we drank an excellent cappuccino prepared on the spot every morning for us by the dining room maître d'. So many little attentions that one would never finish describing them. A thank you to the whole staff, including the cleaning ladies and the entertainers, who were legendary. A special greeting to Mrs. Giorgia. We left reluctantly, we would have gladly stayed a few more days, but it was not possible because we would have had to change rooms. We hope to see you again next year, we can't wait.

We stayed 4 nights at this property and we really enjoyed it! Excellent location, right in front of the sea... the Abruzzese evening was very nice (we ate so many arrosticini!).... Compliments to the entertainment staff, very friendly, engaging but never intrusive, a special thanks to Christian who also accompanied us during a very interesting excursion to the sanctuary of Giulianova.
