Beautiful property in a splendid location. Good dining and excellent treatment reserved for us by the staff. The pool area is very beautiful.

4-star property, perhaps referring to the hotel. The residence where we stayed is truly squalid, old, and dirty. Bathroom without ventilation, a stovetop from at least 40 years ago, dirty walls, and that's just the property. Dirty rooms with an inch of dust under the beds and on top of the wardrobes, despite the 5:00 PM check-in to allow for cleaning. I am sorry that this solution penalizes the entire property, which instead has many advantages such as entertainment for the little ones, a large and beautiful pool, a more than well-equipped gym, and a location above Pescasseroli that is truly enviable and immersed in nature.

It is the third consecutive year that we have gone to the hotel and we find it very good; the reception staff is very kind and helpful, in particular Mario and Luana, the rooms are always clean and tidy, and if there is any repair to be done, you just have to tell the reception and it is promptly done. The food is good with a choice available; the maitre d' is kind and works very hard; the only flaw this year was a bit of inattention from some dining room staff who were a bit inattentive, but otherwise it was enough to point it out after a few days and it went significantly better. Overall everything is positive and worth returning to; even the pool and sports activities are easily accessible; daytime and evening entertainment is decent but could be improved in terms of company; this year, however, the evening piano bar, the absence of Francesco, alas, was felt.
