Hotel Sport Daniel

I am not used to reviewing hotels, but this time I feel I must make an exception. We spent four nights at the Hotel Sport Daniel: everything is perfect at this property, from the large garden with a pool and various relaxation areas, to the rooms, to the location that allows you to reach the center of Pescasseroli on foot in just fifteen minutes. And what about the restaurant? Excellent dishes and generous portions, excellent breakfast. Everyone is kind and helpful, but a special commendation goes to the owners, who brilliantly manage all of this! Splendora De Ascentiis

At the reception the owner was always very friendly, about this nothing to say but everything else is to be reviewed. Non-4 star rooms, old, and sticky floor at check-in already. They are not soundproof and you could hear screams in the hallway even when we were resting. The food is not bad, we only tried for lunch but the staff of the room is really confusing. A girl made us order and then told us that among the whole menu we could choose only one dish. I asked repeatedly why but he didn't answer. And then come back and bring the chosen dish... I still wonder why. I haven’t tried the spa so I can’t judge.Good but miserable breakfast, we expected much more
