Eurhotel

We have been staying at this hotel in the summer for several years, and if we have returned, it is because we generally feel at ease. This year, however, we noticed a clear deterioration in the entertainment, not due to the individual entertainers, some of whom are truly capable and nice, but to their management and the general management of the entertainment, which sees a "head entertainer" who is totally absent, not at all empathetic, and not at all engaging, always being locked alone in the "control room," so much so that it is hard to remember his face. The shows are not held by the entertainers, except for the Afro night, but are always done through the involvement of the clientele and, in any case, without the presence of the "head entertainer." Unfortunately, this attitude leads the clientele not to stay in front of the stage but invites them to go look for entertainment and fun elsewhere, so much so that the audience regularly empties out, and even the terrace where they play ballroom music for the elderly sees more attendance and more activity. Unlike in previous years, furthermore, music on the beach is totally absent, forcing one to resort to the nearby establishments for it, which are much more active and engaging. As for the rest, the cuisine, room cleaning, staff politeness, and kindness, everything is excellent, just as we had found in previous years.

The structure proved completely unable to guarantee the bare minimum: during the night and already from the early hours of the morning the corridors were in total chaos, with groups of boys running and screaming without any intervention by the staff. Rest was simply not possible. Even more serious was the episode that occurred in the morning, when a man opened the door of the room without knocking or warning. Unacceptable behavior that demonstrates superficial management and a total lack of respect for the security and privacy of guests. Definitely negative experience from every point of view, which not only I would not repeat, but that I would advise against without any hesitation.

Poor food, poor service, rooms spacious enough but full of pecche.umbrellas too tight together.
