I returned to this property for the second consecutive year, bolstered by the excellent past experience, but this year's stay turned out to be a nightmare from which the management preferred to hide. Starting Monday, the oceanfront room (paid at full rate to benefit from the view and relaxation) was literally overwhelmed by the construction site for the rebuilding of the reef. Every single morning, promptly at 6:00 AM, we were awakened by the deafening noise of bulldozers, excavators, and the violent impact of the cyclopean boulders dumped on the ground. The racket continued for the entire day, including the afternoon hours (from 2:00 PM onwards), making it impossible to rest even with the windows and balconies completely shut. The result was days of severe headaches and stress, which totally wiped out the value of my rest and health. The property was perfectly aware of the construction site, but culpably failed to inform me before my arrival, depriving me of the right to postpone the vacation. As if that were not enough, this year I also encountered levels of cleanliness that were decidedly poor and not up to the standard of the property's category. The greatest regret concerns the customer management: to my formal emails in which I pointed out the serious disservice and the injustice of paying full price for a stay halved in its value, the management responded first by shifting the blame onto the Municipality and then by completely ignoring my subsequent communications. At check-out on Saturday, no one from the management showed up, leaving the receptionist (unaware of everything) to act as a shield. Unprofessional and styleless commercial behavior toward a loyal customer. I will never return to this hotel again. Highly unrecommended if you are looking for relaxation and cleanliness.

We are leaving and it is our duty to review this vacation! It was a super pleasant week dedicated to relaxation and fun. After 10 years of being away, I must say that we found the same atmosphere. Good food, excellent services, perfect and attentive room cleaning, but above all we want to say a few words for the entertainment team!. Empathetic, smiling, affectionate, never intrusive but present with so much joy and availability. They made my vacation and my son's vacation special, welcoming us from the first moment with smiles and hugs. We will remember this vacation because of them! Mattia, Elia, Sabrina, Sofia and Chicco are super professional and truly very good at managing all the activities with enthusiasm and professionalism! Alice, Letizia, Ayman Luis and Chiara are always ready to talk with us and share every moment with a smile!
