I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in September, let's start with the positive things: - hotel dated, but clean - friendly and attentive staff, both at the reception, and in the dining room, and on the floors. Breakfast is also good, let's say average for a continental breakfast, it has everything you need, but lunch and dinner really need to be reconsidered. The buffet format is inconvenient in itself, because it forces you to get up from the table constantly, but that's fine, the problem is that the portions that are served are really meager and to get something more you have to ask, and that gets a little annoying in the long run. The trays are often half empty, and this image is not positive to see.... The fish is definitely better than the meat The Abruzzo night did not happen... advertised on the site, but basically it was just the cheese and egg balls, for the rest the usual menu, so maybe it would be better not to do it at all, They practically dismantled umbrellas and sunbeds right in front of our eyes, so, despite having paid for the service, someone found themselves without a sunbed once they went down to the beach, and was forced to occupy a free spot at the beach club next door. Now, I understand that the weather was getting worse, but it's not said that you have to be on the beach only with the sun, and anyway if the service is included in the price of the stay, until the end of it I believe it is mandatory to keep the umbrella and the sunbed, regardless of whether you use them or not. We left the hotel on September 6th. Minimal dishes with little flavor and no cold cuts, cheeses, or alternatives, only 2 first courses, 2 second courses, and boiled vegetables. Dessert as big as a finger and only a pathetic cake at dinner.. I'm sorry but it is not recommended for eating; we ended up having full board and always eating out! Breakfast also 3 small cakes 4 croissants one a and hot dogs sliced bread! It is not feasible. Reception uninformed and unprofessional. If you have intolerances you have no alternatives you eat what you want when I had been told that I would have had a separate menu. Cute room fairly clean empty bar and toilet where you had to sit sideways! Open bar meaning juices water and slushies! No ice cream or anything for the children. Recommended for central location parking and seafront but for seniors not families or young people. I'm sorry
