Very rude, non friendly personel who barely knows english. I was told that I will pay at the check out, and then during check out there were no one at the reception, only one Italian speaking woman. We were on our TMB route and couldn’t wait for another bus, so we had to leave. I told this Italian lady that the hotel has our data, ID, and booking informations, so she told me that it is fine and we can go. Few hours later the hotel was about to CALL THE LOCAL POLICE as I was a thief or something (???) and didn’t want to send me the bank details, claiming that they sent everything. They not, we have just got reservation confirmation IN ITALIAN (why wrote to foreign tourists in English right?). Very inconvenience and rude treating. Not recommended.

Fantastic stay, lovely comfortable hotel. Great friendly staff who looked after my husband and daughter really well. ( dad and daughter weekend). A massive big thanks to them for going the extra mile and sending our keys back after husband left them on the bench outside the hotel!! A great weekend break, super close to the lift and a short walk into town. Love to go back again!

Very welcoming staff, great facilities. Hearty breakfast and freshly prepared food, such as omelets and creps. Very nice location and easy to reach. Convenient parking. The rooms are spotless and very well maintained to offer comfort to visitors. I highly recommend it!!!
