Hotel located in a fantastic village at the foot of Monte Rosa, a real gem. Courteous, helpful, and professional staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, dinner with vegetables and appetizer buffet and typical dishes. Possibility to park the car in the garage. The outdoor parking is also spacious.

POSITIVE : dining room, reception and spa staff - CUISINE excellent NEGATIVE : room 105 of over 30 sqm . Unfortunately the recessed bed gave a feeling of suffocation, the choice of having two separate bathrooms ( toilet, bidet and sink - shower and sink ) turn out to be impactful in the room stealing a lot of space. The coat hangers in the closet were too high, the view from the balcony was obstructed by a 150 cm high railing, and the shower had a malfunctioning mixer (from the boiler), making it impossible to regulate the water temperature. I pointed this out to the owner several times, but since it was the week of Ferragosto, the breakdown could not be repaired. We left the room a day early and were not given a discount on dinner (as provided for by regulations) nor on the tourist tax for the last day... A little more attention from the manager would have been enough to avoid receiving a review in these terms. The survey completed as requested via email, in which I reported the same critical issues, received no response. Too bad, because as mentioned at the beginning, there would be points in the hotel's favor

Excellent quality and courtesy, kind and well-trained staff, excellent cuisine, I could not have asked for more. An experience to recommend and repeat.
