Tourist Trap! Despite the location, the cleanliness, food quality and staff approach is terrible. I understand Italian, between the staff gross verbiage and un polite comments are common (I think they were bullying a waitress). Doesn’t worth the money, there’s few other hotels close by so much better and professional. To avoid

I stayed in this mountain hotel and overall the experience was positive, especially thanks to the truly spectacular location and the breathtaking view that you can enjoy from the property and from the room's balcony. The parking, the beautiful SPA, and the large garden, which is well-kept and perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, were also very much appreciated. The pool, on the other hand, disappointed me: the area is too small and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a moment of tranquility. I booked at the last minute and I am aware that this may have influenced the type of room assigned, which I could not choose. However, the room was rather dated and very small in size. A particularly annoying aspect was the terrible soundproofing: every time the guests in the next room closed their door, our bed and the wall would vibrate. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated, but the shower, located at the entrance of the room and separated from the bathroom, is really very small. The space is so small that even the shower mat ended up practically in front of the room's entrance door, making passage uncomfortable. The entrance and the overall spaces of the room also turn out to be too narrow, penalizing comfort. It's a shame, because the balcony with its splendid view undoubtedly represents one of the room's strong points. Considering the room I was assigned, I found the price-quality ratio rather high and, in my opinion, not entirely justified given the size and the generally dated furnishings of the main parts of the hotel as well. Breakfast is standard, with a sufficient selection but without any particular distinctive elements in an environment that, in my opinion, is still dated. Overall, the property has great potential thanks to its location, services, and outdoor spaces. However, the environments and especially the rooms would need to be renovated and made more modern, just as was done with the bar area, which turns out to be pleasant and well-maintained.
