I stayed at the Hotel Europa during the week of Ferragosto, I found a beautiful hotel, staff always kind and helpful, although it was my first time, I felt at home. I really appreciated the special attention, the extra pampering, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return. P.S. Top-notch breakfast! Thanks for everything

Excellent experience, clean two-room family suite, very much appreciated. Updated and very beautiful property. Excellent and more than enough buffet breakfast. A pity about the slip-up in the management of the spa, which was left a bit to itself, because the whole place really deserves better. We will return... or perhaps we will try the sister hotel, Principe delle Nevi... recommended.

I spent three days at this hotel and I must say that the location and breakfast lived up to expectations, but the disappointment was the Spa, as unfortunately the sign posted inside is not respected and I found children with arm floaties in the heated pool who were happily diving and screaming... the second day was the same story, even though the sign says it is a place for relaxation where silence is required, diving is not allowed, and those under 16 cannot enter, I once again found myself having to give up my relaxation... there were even people entering fully dressed or with shoes on, coming directly from outside. Some of the guests asked the attendant to intervene and ask them to lower their voices, but there was no action taken... the third day I had to intervene and ask some adults myself to lower their voices, since it felt like being at Aquafan in Riccione; obviously, the children continued to play in the water. So, a valid property, but it's a shame that there wasn't even a hint of relaxation... total disappointment, as I choose hotels with spas for the combination of nature and relaxation.
