Also for next March we will take a vacation at this hotel to which we are particularly attached. There are many points in its favor, while some are definitely to be improved. Location, slopes, landscape, silence, spa, structure, kindness of the staff, ski room, rooms and common areas, and above all the cuisine (quality, variety, typicality, and imagination), are noteworthy, rating 10. To be improved: Cleanliness (rooms and spa), in a 4-star hotel there should be more attention. More professionalism in the dining room service (breakfast and dinner), definitely to be reviewed and improved (bottles of wine brought to the table already opened, waits, and oversights). Frankly, however, given the kindness of the entire staff, I justify errors and small inconveniences, also because being on vacation, there is no rush.

The restaurant-bar on the main square is the prototype of a "tourist trap," and many people rush there when getting off the cable car! Salad with a few slivers of cured ham, 2/3 bits of cheese, etc. It is better to get a bagel (€8) if you are coming back from a walk and are a little hungry. Aside from the location, there is no point.

It is the fourth time we have returned to this hotel and it certainly won't be the last. A place that has now become a certainty for us, immersed in a wonderful landscape and with a truly welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the valley: a splendid view. Our two dogs also had a great time and were welcomed without any problems. We chose half board and were very satisfied: varied, well-prepared dinners with quality dishes. A positive note also for the dining room staff, all very young, willing, and always smiling. A few small oversights every now and then, but compensated for by their kindness and willingness to work. After four stays we can say that we always return here very willingly. Until next time!
