Buon Hotel. Dated, but overall pleasant. Very good breakfast for a two star. The hotel has a 10% agreement with some restaurants if you want to have lunch or dinner: BE VERY CAREFUL AND CHECK THE RECEIPTS, BECAUSE THEY MAY BE "BLOWN UP" LIKE I WAS IN A RESTAURANT THEY INDICATED. THEY ASK FOR A BIGGER FIGURE, THEN SAY THAT THEY MAKE YOU THE DISCOUNT!!!!!!!!! CRAZY STUFF!!!! (READ MY REVIEW OF THE RESTAURANT)

The most suitable word to describe this property and our stay is one: exceptional. Everything from reception to services. From services to the comfort of the rooms. The Hotel Meridiana is a small, family-run establishment, with attention to detail, in the heart of Valtournenche. Upon our arrival we were greeted with warmth and kindness and were provided with all the useful information to reach the slopes (very simple as the ski-bus stop is literally under the Hotel). My brothers and I stayed in a triple room, perfect for our needs and equipped with a beautiful balcony (where you can relax after a day of skiing) overlooking the mountains and the country. The breakfast is self-service, very good and varied: from sweet to savory, with a wide choice of cold and hot drinks (hot served at the table). We also very gladly took advantage of the ski storage and the boot storage (heated). Recommended by the owners we also tried one of the restaurants affiliated with the structure: the Brasserie du Cervin! Highly recommended. During our stay the friendliness of the staff made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt at home. We will definitely be back!
