It is a B&B not a hotel, there is no lift and to reach the rooms you have to make a floor and a half of stairs with suitcase in tow. Free parking on the street very difficult to find. The room we had is bad in every respect. In retrospect we realized that in small there was a description in an unclear way and in English. It was a small room with no window and this should definitely be described in capital letters! The room, in fact, is windowless and with a high vasistas from where you can not see the outside or even the sky. Free toiletries such as non-existent reaclamato (cheap shower gel), non-existent soundproofing (when flushing those in bed blow up and when other guests return in the evening it seems they are inside the room. Worn-out, stained back of the bed that suggests not leaning. Chandelier full of dust. First night back no hot water for the shower (at my complaint the owner did not even respond), in short, you save only breakfast that is familiar and normal with the kind and caring attendant. I attach photos of what I have described.

The ideal place to stay in Polignano Clean rooms, well located with respect to the center and especially friendly and helpful managers I recommend it!!!

We had absolutely lovely holiday in Polignano. Hotel is located 10min. walk from town centre full of restaurants, cafes, shops and absolutely stunning beach. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Even though the hotel is close to town centre, it is very quiet. Dani and Vito are really helpful and they care a lot about they guests. Every morning Dani served traditional delicious breakfast with local bake goods, tomatoes, fruits and fresh ground coffee. Dani also baked his delicious tart which my daughter absolutely loved. Both brothers are so kind and helpful. We highly recommend that hotel. Anna
