Charming hotel. Super comfortable room, beautiful! Perfect location in the historic center, and with the advantage of being able to get by car through the street behind to unload luggage. Great bed and bathing. The restaurant where breakfast is served could have air conditioning. Reception staff very kind and always give great tips.

I booked a platinum package at the Spa on May 27 as a gift for myself and my husband: we were supposed to have an hour in the Spa and we were called 10 minutes early by the masseuse, the massage was not relaxing, but rather rushed and the therapist did not treat the arms. Once the massage was finished, we could not shower properly because the shower drain was clogged and the water started to overflow from the shower tray. At the reception, we reported the incident but they dismissed us with a: we are sorry. We will never return.

The hotel is very well located on Via Roma. The rooms are fine… we stayed for two nights. The breakfast is bad; if I returned… I would not pay for breakfast. The parking system is not well explained. I want to mention Nicoleta, who was wonderful with us. The spa is very good.
