★★★★★ A landmark in Salento: four consecutive years and I would never change. I have been an operator in the hospitality industry for over twenty years and I manage a cocktail bar. Precisely for this reason, when I stay at a property, I tend to observe every detail: from the welcome to the cleanliness, up to the quality of the services. I can say with absolute sincerity that the ArtPark Hotel is one of those properties I always return to with pleasure. And the fact that this is the fourth consecutive year I have chosen this hotel speaks for itself. The experience begins right at check-in. If you arrive before the scheduled time, the staff allows you to use the pool and sun loungers for free, so you can start your vacation in total relaxation without wasting even a minute. It is a level of customer care that is not at all taken for granted. The rooms are truly excellent: spacious, impeccably clean, quiet, air-conditioned, and equipped with every comfort. Some also have a pleasant outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast deserves a special mention: very rich, with typical local products alongside a wide international selection. It is plentiful, high-quality, and features attentive service, even at the table. Furthermore, during the day it is possible to have something at the pool bar, with absolutely fair prices: a coffee, for example, costs just €1.60, which is increasingly rare to find in properties of this level. I have not yet had the opportunity to try the restaurant for dinner or the spa, but the dedicated areas always appear very well-maintained, clean, and well-organized. Another strong point is the parking: huge, convenient, and with plenty of parking spaces available. Furthermore, the property also provides bicycles, a very appreciated service. The location is strategic. The hotel is located in Lecce, in a quiet area, but allows you to reach the Adriatic coast in about 15 minutes and the Ionian one in about 30 minutes. It is therefore the ideal point to visit all of Salento without giving up tranquility. Finally, the price-quality ratio is simply exceptional. In the same period of the year, a property of the same level closer to the sea can cost up to €2,000, while here I stayed spending about €600, with services and quality that, in my opinion, have nothing to envy. Compliments to the entire staff for the professionalism, kindness, and consistency in maintaining such high standards. We will definitely see each other again next year!

Hotel about 3 km from the center of Lecce: a strategic location if you do not want to stay in the city center. Despite being close to a fairly busy road, no noise is perceived from the structure. The hotel has a spa (which we did not use) and an outdoor pool. The latter is very large, and sun loungers are included in the price. The only negative note: while the sun loungers are included in the price, the umbrella is not (which costs 17.50€). There is a large parking area on the premises. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very well-stocked and varied, both sweet and savory. Friendly and welcoming staff. Recommended!
