Very good at managing things. Azzurra is knowledgeable and always ready to meet every need. Small hotel located in the center of a Salento village that allows you to easily reach the Adriatic and Ionian seas.. A bit old..many things should be redone.. there is no elevator.. But for a vacation where you spend most of your time visiting places, it is perfect.. The strong point is the cuisine, a fixed menu that changes every day, but the quality and the chef's skill make every meal a true experience. Compliments to Azzurra and the staff.

Vacation over, but we enjoyed every moment.. Salento is beautiful from coast to coast, and the villages we visited were beautiful.. On the advice of the very well-prepared Azzurra.. The Colibrì hotel is dated, but the cleanliness and their know-how still make you feel pampered. The strong point is the cuisine. And we have practically tasted many, but here they explain dishes, the chef's ideas, and the ingredients used to you. Which all stand out. A first course with mixed sweet and sour peppers and crunchy onion on top that was so delicate but so impressive in taste that it left us truly amazed.. Excellent. Everything is truly excellent. Every evening a different menu, every evening a new story. And we cannot say anything about the \"ciceri e triaAa\" it is an expression of love and respect for traditions. We returned home, with a bit of nostalgia, after spending 8 days in the splendid paradise of Salento!! Hotel Colibrì was for us an experience of remarkable well-being, tranquility, and harmony! In this hotel, we encountered the simplicity and hospitality of Azzurra who pampered us with her friendliness and delicate welcome. Always ready to give us advice on which seaside resort to choose and what to visit. Beyond this, her thoughtfulness was never lacking. The rooms, although a little dated, were excellently air-conditioned and the beds very comfortable!! We had a half-board package, therefore, we were able to appreciate the delicacies proposed by the chef, always different and cooked with care, passion, and love. The hotel is located in a strategic area, from which you can quickly reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento and beyond.
