I gave a score of 1 because 0 was not possible. They gave us a room on the first floor with a window that could not be opened. The humidity is embarrassing. The curtain covering the window is black from the humidity that has formed. Just like the corner of the ceiling. The cleanliness of the room is terrible. I had booked for 2 nights, but after seeing the room and the unprofessionalism of the reception, we changed hotels. What a shame because the structure is very beautiful from the outside.

The hotel website states that the rooms on the ground floor have a skylight. So that's not right. The rooms on the 3rd floor have that. You don't have a single window and it's getting pretty hot too. The air conditioning can't compete with that. It is already a somewhat older hotel with some overdue maintenance, but with a chic look. You can't leave the car at the hotel, but there are 2 parking garages at a distance of more than 5 minutes walk. The staff who provide breakfast speak little or no English.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. And even that, as it does not have parking, and the concierge, when you ask him where it is possible to park, makes you feel like you are bothering him. This is, by the way, the general impression with the front desk staff: no smiles, no empathy, no interaction; you do not feel welcomed. The rooms are outdated and old-fashioned. The same goes for the bathroom. Almost no water pressure at the faucet and products that resemble dish soap more than toiletries. Our room was extremely noisy with the scraping of the breakfast chairs echoing very loudly. The pillows are uncomfortable. We requested for three days that our safe be repaired, and it was never addressed! Let's talk about breakfast: it is the first time I have breakfast in a room that serves as a restaurant, spa, and gym all at once. A new concept, perhaps? As for the breakfast itself: little choice, low quality; simply not good. In summary: avoid this hotel.
