The facility is welcoming and well-organized. At the reception, from the very first day, we found kind and helpful staff. The room, comfortable and always clean, would require clearer signage to locate it easily, but you get used to the layout of the village quickly. The rooms are small but functional; having chosen the Top Futura package, we received two complimentary bottles of water every day, a very appreciated touch. The restaurant is rather small and requires two mandatory shifts, with very strict timing: you can stay at the table for a maximum of one hour. The first-shift breakfast, for example, starts at 7:30 and ends at 8:30, forcing those who use it to wake up very early. Fortunately, thanks to the Top Futura package, we were not subject to this shift management, which is actually stressful and not very suitable for those who want to relax. The beach is narrow and long, often windy and with rough seas: personally, I was fine with it, even if a lot depends on personal taste and weather conditions. The showers adjacent to the beach have very low pressure, so much so that they do not allow simultaneous use by multiple people, causing long waits. Another critical point concerns the lifeguards, often sitting on their cell phones and not very attentive to either the management of the umbrellas or what is happening in the sea. The entertainment is exceptional: even with some aspects to improve, the team demonstrates commitment, energy, and a constant desire to grow.

The facility is not adequate for the number of guests, the room was a triple but it felt like a single, there are no signs to find the rooms and it looks like a maze, given that the restaurant is too small there are 2 shifts for eating and you have to choose one, the worst thing about these shifts is the times, you can stay a maximum of 1 hour to eat, plus when there is breakfast, those who are in the 1st shift have to wake up at 7:20, since the 1st breakfast shift opens at 7:30 and ends at 8:30, and you cannot go over the time. We found several dishes that were not washed properly. The television antenna signal is poor. In the evening, when there is a show, every 5 seconds a light comes on that dazzles your eyes, which does not allow for proper enjoyment of the show. A very important thing is that in the rooms the water is not drinkable and is salty, the pressure of the showers adjacent to the sea was so weak that it did not allow the use of the same by several people at the same time. The sports facilities were not adequate, there is only one soccer field, when in any village I have been to I have found at least 2. A positive thing is that the cleaning of the rooms was excellent. Exceptional animation, for this I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
