B&B Palazzo Senape De Pace

This location was perfect for discovering Gallipoli and attending the holidays of Easter. The view from laterrasse is superb and the breakfast delicious.

Pleasant stay, very nice structure, and cozy. Gabriella is very good and professional gorgeous room with all 4 star services. Lucia and the colleague who takes care of the Ceck in and breakfast service very good too. He recommended a good trattoria for lunch. The building is wonderful, located in Gallipoli old, 20 meters from the sea really recommend a gem. Best regards to the next.

I booked this hotel with great anticipation through Booking.com. All I had to do was provide my credit card details but only pay on site. On the day of arrival I wanted to inform the hotel when exactly I will arrive (Since this was still unclear because of my program) We tried several times to reach the Hotel Palazzo Senape by phone, unfortunately unsuccessful. Then I spoke our arrival time to the Combox. On our arrival, however, no one was on site. It was only after several re-attempts to call that we finally received an answer via WhatsApp. There we were told that we had not contacted and had not paid anything. In addition, it was said that there were technical problems in one room and another was not habitable. Then I saw that the booking was simply cancelled.... The hotel can't do that. I don't recommend it to anyone else, because you don't know if you really will get a room....
