Bed and Breakfast Nacore

Stayed in this structure x 3 nights super positive judgment from the room very large and spotless breakfast with genuine products the extra touch is the courtesy of the owner super recommended experience

As a solo female traveller, I’ve stayed in many places but what happened after I checked out of Bed and Breakfast Nacorè was deeply unsettling. I left a calm and honest review on Booking.com. I even mentioned that the staff were kind and tried their best. But I also shared the truth: the room lacked comfort, the noise level was awful, and the stay didn’t reflect what was promised points other guests quietly agreed with. Instead of accepting feedback, the owner spent days harassing me via WhatsApp on my personal number. Despite asking him to stop, the messages kept coming. He pushed me to delete my review accused me of dishonesty, and repeatedly invalidated my experience. Without even offering a compensation or refound. These days were truly horrible for me because being invited to a wedding I could not sleep at all in the morning since the first person opens the door so loud until the breakfast is cleared up and the construction guys are coming. These days were truly horrible for me because being invited to a wedding I could not sleep at all in the morning since the first person opens the door geting the breakfast ready, people eating chatting until the breakfast is cleared up and the construction guys are coming to drill or from the staff having a loud 1,5h argument I just could not rest, again as I said in my review the people are nice it's understanding it's just a little town but the comfort and noise situation especially if you have a room that is downstairs the doors are so thin it is genuinely nightmare. The owner's behaviour after my stay was honestly mental. • manipulative, trying guilt-tripping me, and gaslighting. • accusatory (claiming I made false statements while I have so many proofs and witnesses) • dismissive of my emotions (mocking my anxiety with sarcasism while I truely have a condition) • borderline defamatory (suggesting I write negative reviews professionally for money an absurd and insulting accusation) This is not how any guest should be treated, especially not a woman travellimg alone. What began as a disappointing and tiring stay turned into an emotionally distressing situation I never expected.

I've been coming here for 12 years now and every stay is really lovely at the B&B Nacorè. The rooms are spacious, impeccable and furnished with modern taste each with a different theme. As soon as you are welcomed into the structure by the owner "Valter" makes sure you feel immediately at home. The location is strategic for both work needs and x those who want to spend a holiday. The B & B is family run and all have proved exceptional: always available, very kind and full of valuable advice on typical restaurants and cultural itineraries. Breakfast, with fresh produce and homemade cakes, is a real pleasure to start the day. I highly recommend this property and when you leave it you look forward to being back soon!". Key elements are the Welcoming and friendliness of the managers: They are always kind and helpful. They give good advice. They are attentive and considerate. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms is king. In 12 years I have never found a room that is not clean or messy. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, swimming pool, outdoor bar and music with entertainment and garden courses in summer. The gardens and terraces are full of manicured plants. I could say much more but I leave you the desire to discover the rest at B&B Nacorè.
