Stunning location, staff not very polite as if the presence of the guests bothered them, at dinner a waitress got annoyed because my son could not eat fish and we had asked if it was possible to have two slices of ham and a simple plain pasta, a pity because it is truly a beautiful structure

Beautiful structure even if poorly maintained, starting from invasive wasps and little cleanliness of the room, bathroom and small terrace. Staff not very professional and in many cases rude, the blonde waitress who served Saturday night dinner was truly terrible. So ok for the structure but the staff needs to be trained from scratch if not even changed.

The property is very dated, starting from the common bathrooms between the breakfast area and the restaurant. The pool is nice but the water is not clear. The rooms are old with a series of touch-ups to be carried out and maintenance. The staff is 10 out of 10 because they make up for all the Structural shortcomings. Albano is the strong point of the property along with the Maitre d' Antonio.
