Hotel Rivabella

I would like to start with a thank you to the whole staff, from the owners to the cleaning ladies, every morning with a smile and a joke, to start a wonderful day. The breakfast is abundant, here they make coffee and cappuccinos on the spot (not those hateful machines with powders). In the kitchen there is Mrs. Mina, an excellent cook of typical Apulian cuisine with the addition of so much love for everything she prepares "a very rare thing" the portions are super abundant. At the reception, Nino and Luigi take turns, you can ask for anything and they do everything to satisfy you, the night watchman is discreet, polite, and never intrusive, we even managed to build a sincere friendship with him. The rooms are always very clean, the breakfast is abundant, and the dinners are excellent. Now this is a vacation. A sincere thank you to all of you.

Old hotel, lack of air conditioning in common areas including the breakfast room. Extremely limited breakfast, with no savory options or fresh fruit (we are in Puglia…). Very dated rooms, with an indecent mattress. Experience not to be repeated

The facility is welcoming, and the rooms are clean; however, the dinner and breakfast were terrible!
