IL GABELLOTA Resort in Trulli

Staying in this typical trullo was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The structure far exceeded expectations in every way: Cleaning rated ten out of ten: Inside the trullo, the air was very fresh, and the scent of cleanliness welcomed us from the very first moment. Charming furnishings: The owners managed to preserve the historical charm and authenticity of the living stone, combining it with tasteful, elegant, and functional decor. A perfect mix of Apulian tradition and modern comfort. Excellent services: Nothing was truly lacking. Impeccable Wi-Fi, air conditioning (even though the stone of the trullo already maintains an excellent natural temperature). The warmth of the welcome and the staff's advice were also very helpful and friendly. The detail that makes a difference: The feeling of waking up in the morning, opening the wooden door, and finding oneself immersed in the history of Alberobello is priceless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic stay without sacrificing the luxury of comfort and maximum cleanliness. We will definitely return!

The location is truly wonderful, beautifully structured, the garden is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxed; it feels really good here. Breakfast needs to be reconsidered; it is true that there is everything, but it lacks creativity, with frozen croissants and very small bowls for yogurt. Juices of low quality. The location has many potentials to develop.

This place is a little slice of heaven. Located just outside of the town it is a 15-20min walk into the centre depending on where you are going. Free parking on arrival, the grounds are immaculate! The pool was fabulous and they do a bar service during the day, up to 8pm for drinks. No food options so bring your own (fridge in the room). Breakfast was simple but nice, lovely coffee (actually available all day for free) and fruit was so fresh it would have come of the trees that day!
