La Casarana Resort & Spa

A beautiful experience! I spent a wonderful vacation at the La Casarana Resort and I had a truly great time. A beautiful property, where professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness truly make the difference. A special thank you to the reception, in particular to Eva, who was always professional, kind, and helpful. Heartfelt thanks also to the manager Marina and the assistant manager Gianluigi, who were always attentive to the guests' needs and ready to make the stay even more pleasant. A special thank you also to the bartender Andrea C., for his professionalism, friendliness, and skill in interacting with people. It was a truly beautiful and positive experience. Relaxation guaranteed thanks to the spa and its staff members Mara, Stefania, and Gianluca. I hope to be able to return next year as well! Compliments to the entire staff and thank you for making my vacation so special! ❤️

Beautiful property, very well-kept, clean and welcoming. A special round of applause to all the staff, always affable, kind, and helpful. The manager is a wonderful person, as is the assistant manager Gianluigi (a failed singer, I discovered his talent tonight), always attentive to pampering the guests. For the Booking manager, it is impossible not to mention the legendary Eva, with her smile plastered on her face 24/7! 😊 In the dining room, staff always attentive, thoughtful, and ready to satisfy every request. Heartfelt thanks to Donatella, Genny, Nadia, Sandra, and all the rest of the staff, no one excluded! Chef Sergio, an excellent cook, always pampered me with my Daily request for french fries; he amazes everyone with his delicious dishes; from the chosen half-board I had to upgrade to full-board, it was irresistible….Great Sergio and go Casarano! A special mention also to the wonderful SPA, where I had the pleasure of entrusting myself to the wonderful hands of Gianluca, Mara, and Stefania. ❤️ And how can I not mention the legendary Andrea C., who puts passion and professionalism into the preparation of his fantastic cocktails, to be enjoyed poolside in total relaxation. 🍹☀️ Finally, a special round of applause to the entertainment team, to Alessandro and all his colleagues, who with their friendliness and energy made the stay even more pleasant. What can I say… it was a truly special vacation! Thank you all for contributing to making it unforgettable. I will definitely return for my next vacations! ❤️

I spent 7 days at the Casarana Wellness Resort and I can say with certainty that it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, starting with the welcome: Eva, the Booking Manager, is a cheerful, welcoming, and kind young woman, but what made the stay truly special was the entire staff, who were always attentive, kind, and helpful. A special thank you goes to Andrea C., the pool bartender: his kindness and helpfulness amazed us, but even more so his expertise in creating impeccable cocktails. A true artist of mixology! A round of applause also to the Manager and the Assistant Manager Gianluigi, who were always present and attentive to every customer request, ready to listen and fulfill every wish with professionalism and courtesy. The housekeepers Maria and Donatella are fantastic and tireless people, always calm and kind even during the busiest times. A heartfelt thank you also to Chef Sergio, a fantastic and nice guy, who with his dishes made us live true culinary experiences, spoiling even the most refined palates. The SPA is a corner of paradise: very clean, quiet and relaxing. I had the pleasure of doing a treatment and three massages with Mara and Gianluca, both very kind and very well prepared. The Himalaya massage and the deep tissue one were simply the best! The cleanliness of the rooms and the facility was also impeccable. In a few words: a fairytale stay. I will definitely return with my family. Highly recommended!
