Summarizing the Oasi del Salento in a few words is not simple...but I will try...you will be welcomed by the excellent reception, always ready to solve your problems, even unexpected ones...I recommend renting bikes...you will feel free...in this regard, it should be noted that I don't think you can pick up the bike before 9. The property has apartments on both the first and second floors. We were on the first floor in a studio apartment, and it was my mistake not to request bunk beds for the kids. Our kitchenette area had a natural gas stove. The only note I will point out was the presence of both black and red ants, which were a bit persistent and annoying. The television has digital terrestrial and not internet TV. You will find excellent, practical Wi-Fi with wide coverage. The property also offers a stroller rental service. You will find a swimming pool well maintained by the lifeguard, a person attentive to the use of swim caps and compliance with the rules. At the bar, you will be welcomed by Marcello and Greta, who will know how to pamper you and with whom you will be able to chat a bit. Shuttle service to the sea, excellent, punctual, welcoming, and functional. It will drop you off at the Li Tamari staircase, therefore not in front of the Caribbean of Salento (this is a pity but it is a matter of permits from the municipality of Melendugno at least for 2026). I leave a suggestion for the residence to find an agreement with one or more beach clubs, even for a few spots. The choice to rent an umbrella and equipment is excellent but sometimes limiting. In the facility you will find an essential play area, a five-a-side soccer field, a ping pong table, and a foosball table (the table soccer). Let's come now to those who animated this summer...Joy Summer...what to say...FABULOUS...capable, engaging, never intrusive...Alessandro and Pasquale...the IL articles, memorable and capable. I have found many animation teams since the 90s but you, despite the residence not being very large, play it to the max...I also want to highlight the Great Alfredo (who one day will be a full-fledged artist)...and last but not least Zaira who took care of the little ones and Helena who carried out an excellent Aqua Gym and various other activities. Every day a different activity, every day a way to make you smile. I was forgetting the Osteria del Salento restaurant...where besides having spent a few dinners (including the one for Ferragosto)...we had our breakfast...perfect staff...you will find pasticciotti and croissants...and a lot of courtesy. I recommend this place for Summer 2026...last hint...you are positioned in front of Sairon...500 m from the well-known Piazza Luna.

Cute little apartment, clean, comfortable beds, small terrace, modern bathroom, laundry facilities available on-site. All services impeccable, bar, restaurant with excellent cuisine, super cute pool with a kids' area, plus small fields and wooden playground equipment for them. At reception always ready and kind, we had a small problem with the air conditioner and they resolved it immediately. Very central and convenient location, shuttle to the beach. The super competitive price for having a wonderful sea just a few meters away is not a given. Finally, the highlight for us was the entertainment: Alessandro, Pasquale, and Alfredo were excellent, they made us have fun with spontaneity and grace; it is not a given to find entertainers so passionate and attentive in their work. You could also perceive the harmony among them. They really organized many activities for adults and children. My 4-year-old son was super resistant at first, but they won him over too! It was an unforgettable vacation and we would be very happy to return, hopefully soon.

10 out of 10, welcoming family-run property. Courteous staff. Top-notch entertainment with Alessandro, Pasquale, Alfredo, and the two girls. Very nice pool, well-maintained by Giovanni (the lifeguard), who is always attentive. Top-notch restaurant, we ate very well. Very convenient and free shuttle service that takes you to the beach in 5-6 minutes. Excellent value for money. We will probably return next year as well.
